Webster Vienna Scholarships for International Students in Austria, 2017




Webster Vienna Private University is offering scholarships for Austrian and international students. These scholarships are available for pursuing full-time undergraduate and graduate programme.
The scholarship aims at helping students to pay their tuition fees and also support them throughout their studies.

Applicants should have exceptional grades, as well as strong performance on Webster Vienna’s accepted English proficiency exams (TOEFL, IELTS, Cambridge Advanced Exam).
Course Level: Scholarships are available for pursuing full-time undergraduate and graduate programme.
Study Subject: Scholarships are offered in diverse fields to help students in upgrading their education.
Scholarship Award: Webster Vienna Scholarships for undergraduate students cover between 10-50% (with no award exceeding 50%) while graduate scholarships cover between 10-25% of tuition for accepted applicants.
Scholarship can be taken at: Austria
Eligibility: A newly accepted undergraduate, graduate, or transfer student (with less than 90 hours of transfer credits) who has a minimum GPA of 3.0. Applicants must demonstrate exceptional academic achievement and outstanding spoken and written English well above the English as a Second Language level.
Nationality: Austrian and international students can apply for this scholarship.
College Admission Requirement
Entrance Requirement: Applicant must be enrolled full-time (24 credits/year undergraduate, 12 credits/year graduate) and maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 each semester for renewal.
Test requirement: No
English Language Requirement: Scholarship applicants must have exceptional written and spoken English as evidenced by their performance on one of Webster Vienna’s accepted English proficiency exams (TOEFL, IELTS, and Cambridge Advanced Exam).

How to Apply: Every accepted student who applies using the Webster Vienna Scholarship Application is automatically reviewed for any scholarship which he or she is eligible to receive. Scholarship applications must contain the following documents:
  • Webster Vienna Scholarship Application submitted by the deadline June 16, 2017.
  • A 1000-1200 word essay on one of the two topics provided.
  • Official documentation (see above & checklist pg.5), officially translated into English if necessary, should be mailed to the scholarship coordinator.
  • If emailing (scholarship-at-webster.ac.at) their application, please only submit documents in .pdf or .docx format. University cannot accept zip or .rar formats
